Track and Building Manager, 10 - 20 years exp, Hyderabad / Secunderabad


Job Description:


Managing Track maintenance teams (including depot equipment)


Managing maintenance of buildings (stations, workshops..), including MEP,


Organisation of RS maintenance and performance survey implementation


Management of:


o T&B maintenance according to asset management policy and maintenance prescriptions, in particular in regards of safety requirements


o T&B Department evolutions and improvement plans according to performance delivery


o Internal relationships (especially with Operations and other Maintenance Departments) ensuring a globally efficient organization (including common improvement plans)


Department budget:


o Assessment of means and resources needed; planning and optimization


o Remaining within limits of allocated resources (control and survey)


Within the T&B Department, implementation of processes, procedures, and control, ensuring full respect of:


o External constraints due to rail safety, work laws and environmental considerations


o Expected RAMS delivery


Internal business management policy (HR, quality, financial)


Managing outsourced contracts (lifts, escalators, MEP..) leasing with the supply chain department


Key Skills:


At least 10 years experience in management at either a maintenance or industrial organisation, ideally in a railway environment.


Demonstrated knowledge in track maintenance,


Demonstrated ability in:


o Human leadership


o Developing and driving initiatives related to operational performance improvement


o Technical matters (ideally regarding railway systems)


o Quality management


o Up-to-date industrial best practices (lean management etc)


Qualification:


The ideal candidate should be an engineering graduate
