* Maintaining & continuously improving Customer services standards of the store.
* Responsible for Order Taking ( for dine in and delivery orders).
* Managing Customer Area - As Host.
* Good in upselling and suggestive selling.
* Interaction with the customers' on Dine in to build a rapport.
* Collecting Dine in customers' feedback.
* Getting Cross trained for self advancement.
* Amicably resolve customer concerns of store.
