Biden admin’s spending bill proposes to recapture green cards

The Biden administration has made yet another attempt to recapture unused family-based and employment-based green cards. A Senate spending bill, released on Monday, permits previously authorised diversity, family-based, and employment-based green cards from expiring (known as ‘visa recapture’).
