Manager- Academics Training, 6 - 9 years exp, Mumbai, Mumbai Suburbs


Key Accountabilities/Activities:


Training Delivery and Program Implementation (35%)


Manage and deliver all aspects of the Teacher Training Programme


Train the Academics Staff on teaching modules to enable them to handle students effectively and hence augment the competencies of the teaching staff.


To foster a student centered approach in order to enhance all aspects of the student experience.


To facilitiate development of activities which will enhance the academic reputation of the school and contribute to the personal development of academic staff.


To appraise, develop and lead the implementation of the Schools Learning and


Teaching Strategy, and associated development of Learning Resources.


Program Development (30%)


To understand and learn new methodologies of education in India and abroad.


Develop the course structure and material in connection with conducting workshops for sustained teacher training programs


Identify the academics training needs of the organization and infer subsequent analysis.


Content creation; amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes in the work environment.


Develop and implement individual coaching plans; providing assistance; scheduling orientation drive-along with senior representatives


Monitor Program Effectiveness (20%)


Monitor the progress of participants; devise individual/departmental learning plans and recommend solutions on performance and potential areas of learning.


Implement Pre and Post assessment tools to track and measure learning effectiveness.


Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions


Analyzing the feedback scores of the training sessions and thus implementing necessary steps to improve training effectiveness when required


Continuously seek and implement new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of the trainings offered


MIS (15%)


Support training financial objectives by recommending budget items; controlling costs


Publish Dashboards related to Training Initiatives implemented and program effectiveness.


Work Relations:


Reporting to CHRO for all functional as well as admin issues


Interfacing with members of the Academics Team


Interfacing with Principals


Interface with external vendors for any functional issues.


Interfacing with Finance, Technology and payroll department for employee, payroll and any other operational issues.


Interfacing with other team members of people practices team for all functional as well as operational issues.

gathered and sound judgment. Sharp analytical capabilities, around data interpretation, analyzing situations and driving actions most suited to achieve high impact outcomes

Qualification:


Bachelor of Education with experience in Academics Training.

E. Good with People management


F. Pro-active, self motivated and self directed.

I. Adept to work in a fast paced business environment and deliver within tight deadlines


Experience: 6-9 years in imparting Academics Training.

Working Hours: 5 days week (Flexibility to stretch and work in a 24X 7 environment is a MUST)


Travel: Should be flexible to travel across west and south zone centres.
