AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (AOR)

Serve customers following all Service steps/ Moments of Truth


Adhere to grooming standards


Perform duties assigned by supervisor in a courteous, friendly manner


Up selling and Suggestive at POS


Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant and equipment operation standards


Preparing Coffee/Food as per defined Costa recipe


WORK ACTIVITIES:


To ensure the best customer experience as global Costa standards


Making sure that the store is clean and neat in every aspect, including toilets, dishes, pastry cabinets and all other equipments needing attention


Ensuring high attention is given to Safety standards


Under-going 30 days Training plan and completing the same as per the calendar


Being in Front of the House (FOH)/Back of the House (BOH), taking & preparing for orders within the stipulated time


KEY RELATIONSHIPS


Internal (i.e., colleagues, other business units)


Will be reporting to Shift Manager; from whom he/she will get specific directions on doing a job


Will have to interact with the Store Manager as well as Area Manager


PERSON SPECIFICATION (What capabilities will be required to perform this role?)


QUALIFICATIONS:


Essential (i.e., must posses)


HSC/SSC + Diploma in Catering/Nutrition Technology/Hotel Management/


Craft Course in F&B Operations


RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:


Essential (i.e., must posses)


0 (Zero) Months to Two (2) Years in Foods & Beverages field


Fresher from Top Hotel Management Institutes (like IHM) may be considered


Desirable (i.e., added advantage, not compulsory)


Around 6 (Six) to One (1) Years experience in competitor firm


COMPETENCIES (Technical, Operational, Managerial, Human & Cultural Requirements)


Essential (i.e., must posses)


a) Positive attitude and pleasant personality


b) Should be a good team-player and should be comfortable working in a team


c) Having a knack of giving great customer service


d) Pro-active approach


Desirable (i.e., added advantage, not compulsory)


a) Good computer skills, so as to prepare store reports


b) Preferably from the same industry
