The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing and analysing a portfolio of event and web based lead generation as well as awareness building activities in India. Reporting to the Marketing Manager based in the US, this position requires the individual to work at both a strategic and tactical level in supporting the achievement of revenue targets through the creation and implementation of successful integrated marketing campaigns in support of our lead generation and awareness objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working in a field marketing environment in India. They will have excellent project management and analytical skills and a track record of working well as a team member across multiple functions.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Work closely with the sales, application engineering and central marketing teams to develop and execute integrated, multi-touch marketing campaigns that support pipeline and funnel development
- Effectively plan, execute and measure the use of traditional (events and email) and digital marketing programs
- Perform detailed analysis of pipeline support with recommendations for continuous improvement
- Work with internal teams to develop highly targeted and relevant content
Onsite Promotion and Targeting
- Plan, implement and test onsite offers to optimize conversion of local web based lead generation campaigns
- Recommend, implement and analyse regional PPC campaigns
- Conceptualize and initiate new localized content that utilizes SEO/SEM best practices (copy, layout, new offers, lead forms, etc.) in order to continually improve visitor engagement, conversion and lead generation
- Partner with the web operations team to integrate test findings into standard processes ensuring findings are regularly deployed across all supported domains
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related field, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of business and digital marketing experience
Additional Skills and experience:
- Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns in a B2B environment
- Deep understanding of lead generation and ROI
- Analytical: ability to make data driven recommendations and decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team and able to operate in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in Marketing Automation tools is advantageous
