Program Associate, 0 - 5 years exp, Hyderabad / Secunderabad

This Position is suited for highly motivated and energetic individual who is expected to work with very little guidance. He/She should possess excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) and should be passionate about their jobs and be a good team player.

- The incumbent will be engaged in program management, continuing education programs, workshops; maintenance of archives for programs conducted and database management

- Organizing the Executive Education Programs/Workshops conducted by Cornell-Sathguru

- Coordinate visit of important domestic and overseas visitors; plan their itinerary, coordinate with travel agencies, transport service providers and hotels

- Arranging for domestic and international travel for all Sathguru employees (Booking of tickets and stay arrangements)

- Maintain a database of various hospitality service providers and develop institutional relationship with such service providers for conducting of executive development programs

- Organize and coordinate conferences, inter-office meetings, prepare minutes of inter-office meetings and undertake follow-up actions as per the instructions of the Directors and Senior Consultants

- Maintaining database of all the contacts

- Develop drafts for event related correspondence

He/She should possess

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Secretarial/Ticketing/Airlines Travel/Customer Service/BPO/KPO/Education Counseling/Event Management

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Should be a quick learner

- Should be good at internet browsing, drafting of letters
