2. Coordination with various departments to ensure patient concerns mentioned in feedback forms are addressed so as to improve upon hospital services.
3. Manage and improve the flow of information within the hospital and between the hospital and the community it serves.
4.Helping the management to keep in touch with the general patient opinions and feedback about the hospital and its service
