Documentation and tracking of all the communications to the market.


Conceptualize the communication messages in line with business and product management thought processes. Work out market specific and event specific communications. Designing application based communications.


Ensure availability of right literature with the right persons across communication pyramid. Work with external agencies like : Creative, Media Planning , PR planning , Website management , Printers and other POSM manufacturers


Planning and implementation of Marketing campaigns. Measurement of campaign effectiveness.


Preparation of annual communication plan and budgets. Monthly tracking and monitoring of the same.


Setting up Marcom HUB for all the channel partners where they can order the published documents as per their market demand


PR planning for the organization and managing the relationship with PR agency.


Undertaking market research / surveys to support business decisions like New product introductions, tactical campaigns, emerging trends and applications, Untapped customer segments, long range plans etc.


New Product Launch Communication


Ensure Successful communication strategies at the time of new product launch


- Drive communications strategy and implementation (with regional marketing organization) for the product marketing tools required to drive sales in identified market(s) like Product Brochure preparation. Driving website content, collateral content, sales briefs, fortnightly sales conference calls, quarterly sales training, support for regional sales organization processes


- Marketing communication to reach target customers: Establish integrated marketing approach for product launch which includes, product, systems, accessories, support plan, sales operations, technical publications, collateral, sales ready messaging and distinct value proposition, FAQs, awareness campaign, and as required channel specific packaging / programs / messaging, training plans.


- Communicating roadmap throughout the organization to synchronize activities at the market place


-Events: Launching product in test markets, support demonstrations from perspective of planning, messaging, design, setup, installations and feedback
