Job Title: Manager/ Asst. Manager - Marketing

Job description:


Manage Company Website, Social Media and other forms of Digital Marketing.


Manager PR, Promotions and Events.


Responsible for designing, proofreading and the final quality of various marketing Collaterals, Menus, etc.


Custodian of Guest and Patron Database.


Ensure adherence to the standard Patron Process and in charge of Patron Experience.


Oversee Guest Relations and track Guest Experience on a day to day basis.


Manage both, front end as well as back end processes pertaining to Guest Relations Management.


Coordinate and communicate with internal departments, various business locations and external vendors.


Desired Candidate Profile:


Minimum Graduate, Additional qualification in Marketing (Degree/ Diploma) would be preferred.


Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Service Industry. Direct Customer Handling Experience would be an added advantage.


Well verse with MS Office and Internet.


Excellent interpersonal skills and a service attitude is a must.
