Customer Relationship Executive, 1 - 6 years exp, Gurgaon

We are a startup, an online/offline retail & concierge service organization addressing needs of high end customers residing in Gurgaon. We are looking for Relationship Managers who would forge & nurture relationship with customers. The broad KRAs are:

1. Handle customer calls (inbound & outbound).

2. Explain customers about under1tree services, understand customer needs.

3. Take customer orders.

4. Nurture relationship with customers, increase basket size.

5. Know your customer, manage day-to-day operations.

We work 6 days a week.

1. Female candidates with some prior experience in customer relationship mgt (online / offline).

2. Proactive, with high energy levels.

3. Fluent with English, Hindi (r/w/s). Knowledge of other regional language shall be a plus.

4. Working knowledge of computer.
