This role is responsible for:
- Attain all CSRs monitored-per-hour goals as established by the QA Supervisor.
- Provide complete critiques for all calls monitored to Operations team.
- Complete all required forms, reports, etc. within established timeframes.
- Tape-record all calls monitored while completing Quality Assurance Evaluation forms.
- Report any severe quality infractions to the immediate supervisor.
