Improving product quality of the travel sales consultants by constant refreshers/training
Analyze the coaching/training needs of the consultants & support them in delivery
Must have knowledge of any GDS (preferably Amadeus or Worldspan)
Good destination knowledge
Good knowledge of fares rules and restrictions
Must have good and presentable communication skills
Willing to work in 24*7 environment
PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
