Customer Service Executive, 1 - 3 years exp, Mumbai




Cleartrip is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Operations team as Customer Service Executive.


Position is open for Mumbai.


Day to Day Functions:







  • Receive inbound calls for International / Domestic Air / Hotel enquiries from customers.



  • Should be ready to work in 24 X 7 environment.



  • Answer customer queries, as well as question the customer to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.



  • Document all calls with regards to participant inquires accurately using Salesforce CRM.



  • Follow up with customers in case of pending / escalated issues.



  • Provide quality customer service on every call.



  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.



  • Promote good listening skills.



  • Manage length of calls.



  • Recognizing and managing assertive customer calls.






Experience / Skills (Preferred):


1-2 yrs of prior work experience (IATA certified or travel background preferred)


Qualifications - Minimum:


Under-Grad / Graduation




Technical Competencies


- Airline (Product) knowledge


- BPO Working Knowledge (Added Advantage)


- Should have basic email skills
