* Deliver First Call Resolution by handling customer requests and resolving customer issues as often as possible during the first contact.


* Provide a professional & competent standard of phone and online support for Global customers.


* Resolve known customer issues through the use of a knowledge base, direct use of product and operating systems, product user guides, and other reference materials


* Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to product usage



Desired ProfileExperience/Qualifications:

* Must be a Graduate


* 1+ years previous Support Center experience required with an emphasis on business to business interactions


* Experience in supporting software in a Windows and /or Mac operating systems


* Outstanding written & verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent


* Willing to work in 24*7 environment
