The SEC has charged Nadim Ahmed, his companies NuRide Transportation Group and NYC Green Transportation Group, and immigration attorney Mehreen Shah for deceptive practices in soliciting investments for the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. The SEC claims that Ahmed misled investors by falsely assuring compliance with program requirements and diverted funds.
