Among those named with Kashoggi were Philippine journalist Maria Ressa, Reuters reporters Wa Lone and Kyaw Soe Oo — currently imprisoned in Myanmar — and the staff of ‘Capital Gazette’ in Annapolis, Maryland, including five members killed in a June shooting.
