Trump unable to attend India's Republic Day parade due to scheduling constraints: White House

PM Narendra Modi invited President Trump for a bilateral visit to India during their talks in Washington last year. A White House spokesperson on Monday said that Trump is unable to participate due to scheduling constraints.
