Philippines can't stop China moves in disputed sea: Rodrigo Duterte

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte said Sunday that his militarily inferior country can't stop China's actions in contested waters, responding to a reported plan by Beijing to construct an environmental monitoring station in a disputed shoal off the northwestern Philippines.
