Manhunt in Hong Kong as kidnapper vanishes with $3.6 million ransom

The Hong Kong police has launched an intense manhunt for a man who extracted a ransom of $3.6 million after kidnapping a 29-year old woman. The woman is safe but the kidnapper has vanished after picking up the money from her family.
