Unseasonable rains pose risk to crops, inflation: Jaitley

India's unseasonable rainfall has damaged some crops and could stoke food price inflation and some shortages, though surplus stocks of foodgrains would help the country cope comfortably, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said.
