Sensex ends below 28,000, nifty cracks 8,400 on global sell-off

Indian markets on Tuesday plunged to over one-month lows with benchmark sensex tumbling 322.39 points to end at 27,797.01 on losses in power, metal and capital goods shares amid a sell-off in China and other global markets.
