New & Expansion sites E1 provision.
Quality Checking and Quality Assurance for 2G, 3G RBS & Traffic Node.
Conduct hardware and software upgrade for congested sites.
Ensuring optimizing quality standard, managing network, reports and co-ordination between BSC, NOC, RNC, all transmission stations, valued customers and vendors.
Routing of E1 for 3G and 2G sites and conducting end to end test with the help of BSC Engineer.
Maintenance of E1 links for cell sites Commissioning and Integration of BTS sites like ZTE indoor and outdoor BTS.
Troubleshooting and fault rectification of BTS and BSC systems
Expertise in commissioning Acceptance testing of BTS and site handover.
Checking antenna feeder cables and connectors, antenna structures.
Coordination with Internal & external teams to act as per requirements and deliver all necessary for the project.
Manage Resource & vehicle utilization for right time to make project successful complete within Budget schedule
Hardware and software up gradation for network elements
Execution of network reworking in assistance with provisioning/NOC team.
Same should be ensuring on the field that Vendor & our team were working in right direction.
Co-ordination with field engineers to achieve 100% availability of utilities.
Planning, installation, commissioning & operation of Microwave link
Co-Ordination with Microwave Technician for installation.
