You are specifically responsible for delighting the traveller/travel arranger, building commercial value, and strengthening the CWT brand in a way that balances the requirements of all stakeholders and positions our workforce as a key differentiator for our business.

Position Responsibilities
You delight the traveler/travel arranger
Provide a full Domestic and/or International consulting service to corporate clients. This includes all travel-related requirements which are to be carried out in a proficient manner and in accordance with CWT Procedures, Standards and account specific Service Level Agreement (SLA)/Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Travel Policy
Handling end to end travel requirements for the traveler - Creating bookings/ Cancellations/ Reissues/ Refunds etc
Process and complete travel requirements (from initial enquiry to file completion) as requested by corporate clients in accordance with their travel policy and relevant Service Level Agreement (SLA). This covers all aspects of travel including air, accommodation, car hire, insurance, visa, foreign exchange etc
Achieve expected transactions as per Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Action amendments to client Profile by ensuring information are queued to appropriate department for updating
Raise Service Alert Advices and inform your immediate manager to ensure prompt resolution.
Complete all tasks assigned in accordance with CWT standard requirements
Ensure Turbo Sabre queues are actioned at regular intervals during business day and are clear by close of business same day
Process client refunds on receipt and in accordance with guidelinesOffer value added alternatives and solutions in accordance with client and CWT directives.
Perform in a pro-active manner in displaying initiative and ownership
Providing relevant accurate information in a timely manner without being prompted
Remain updated on all aspects of Domestic & or International travel through regular attendance at product seminars/workshops including CWT updates and other job related training
Communicate technical related issues to the CWT Help Desk promptly As requiredYou build CWT's commercial value
Adherence to all company policy and procedures
Completion of transactions to be accurate and with no negative financial impact to client or CWT. This includes but is not limited to: Agency Debit Memos- (ADM), Net Remit Errors and Ticketing errors
Obtain appropriate- authority from credit card holder to charge card
BSP errors such as excess- Void tickets; not removing the correct coupon from issued ticket; incorrect completion of Miscellaneous Charges Order (MCO),Hotel Reservation- No-shows,General accuracy with information ie:- Passport & visa, quotes
Processing accurate accounting information through-Matrix
Research and advise of correct travel related information eg:- when seeking Hotel rate ensuring that appropriate negotiated rate code is sold
Ensuring client is advised appropriate rules, regulations and any- cancellation requirements.
Desired Profile
Experience in the travel industry in a similar position or in a customer service center
Expertise on creating new reservations (Air, car and hotel) on GDS - Voice Process
GDS Knowledge - Preferably Sabre, else any other GDS
Excellent Communication and Customer service skills
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience - Voice POS (Booking/Reservation) Proces
Attention/Eye for detail
Ability to Multi Task
