Senior Manager Compliance (Exp in FSA Regulations Mandatory), 9 - 12 years exp, Mumbai

Assist in creating a culture of effective compliance that is embedded throughout Capita Indias operations

maintain relationships with onshore Heads of Compliance and Operational teams appropriate to the delivery of compliance assistance, in line with contractual obligations and reasonable relationship requirements

lead offshore Compliance support in the adherence with regulatory principles in a pragmatic fashion

be aware of all Compliance Team obligations (to include those set externally and related internal policy and procedure) and demonstrate adherence through actions

oversee the review of operational procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidance

maintain an effective process for management and assessment of breaches

advise the business regarding effective governance arrangements

manage ad-hoc risk-based real time reviews undertaken outside of the Compliance Plan and the Compliance Monitoring Programme

support the business where appropriate in the identification and mitigation of regulatory risks

ensure compliance department processes are maintained, operated and developed, whilst ensuring consistency
