1. Candidate would be responsible for managing the branch, achieve the assigned business goals, supervise and mentor locations cross functional teams and maintain highest levels of Customer Satisfaction, new business, Penetrate and Retain Key Customers.
2. At least 10 years of experience in People transportation / Transportation Industry, Service Industry or facilities services
3. Should be commercially driven with full understanding of business dynamics. Should have strong sales orientation with proven ability of growing revenues and retention.
4. Highly result oriented and motivated to achieve branch plans.
5. Good communication, presentation, inter- personal and negotiations skills.
6. Good leadership qualities to manage a team and motivate them.
7. Computer Literate with knowledge of MS office
