Job Description:
The Project Coordinator/ Project Executive at HS Brands International is a person who has the responsibility of executing a project and seeing that it is completed successfully, within the given deadline.
He / she needs to have excellent management skills to coordinate with the team and also with the clients and Freelancers.
The Project Coordinator/ Project Executive will have to manage more than one project at a time. He / she should see to it that all the projects under his / her supervision are going on smoothly. It should not happen that the Project Coordinator/ Project Executive concentrates on one project and neglects the others. He should have the ability to shift between various projects.
The Project Coordinator/ Project Executive is responsible to look after every detail of the project.
One point contact for all the assignment related issues.
Able to explain the concept of Mystery Shopping, to Freelancers and should make sure that they register.
Assign shops based on the criteria provided.
Follow up with Freelancers to ensure reports are submitted within due date.
Should be able to review and grade the reports sent by the Freelancers in accordance to grading guidelines in an unbiased manner.
Makes sure that the assignment timelines are strictly followed.
Should be proactive in getting new Freelancers.
Any other assigned functions.

Specific Skill Set: Marketing, Sales, Market research
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 0 years to 4 years
Annual CTC: 1.8 LPA to 3.5 LPA
Location(s) of Job: Bangalore
Minimum Education Requirements: Graduation (with experience) / Post graduation
No of rounds of Interviews: 3 to 4 rounds (HR Interview, Managerial round and final round with MD)
Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Travel & Allowance: No Travelling
Languages: English (Mandatory), Hindi and any other language
Relocation & Reimbursement: Not Applicable
