Planning Engineer - Plumbing Projects, 3 - 6 years exp, Mumbai

To understand the complete plumbing project based on the tender documents & Specs, prepare data sheets and get material approvals, prepare material tracklogs and delivery schedules, prepare project schedules.

Prepare complete BAR CHART for the entire project in consultation with various interrelated depts., with specific inputs from customer/client.

Co-Ordinate with design team in preparation and approval for shop drawings.

Quantity analysis and SAP indenting, prepare and get approval for rate analysis of non tender items, prepare Variation statements(BOQ) and get them approved from Client, Consultant, Architects etc. with ability to resolve planning issues/ escalate them to next level till resolution.

Coordinate with design for preparation of as built drawings and within execution team for close out documents.

Prepare sub-bar charts for deliveries of material & monitor the same in line with the progress of the project.

Job involves handling 2-3 projects, coordination with site execution team for close out documents.

To carry out testing/inspection of material as per specifications as & when required at vendors place /site.

Monitoring adherence of various schedules as per BAR Charts & report deviations.

Should have experience in execution of Hotels, Hospitals, Commercial Bldgs, High Rise Bldgs

Salary: INR 3,50,000 - 4,50,000 P.A
