We have great job opportunity for leading US Health care BPO for the position of Mediical Analyst & content analyst
Position Overview:
A medical analyst is intended to review the medical records of a patient and screen the medical chart based on Medicare guidelines (using tools like Interqual and Milliman) to determine if the patients presenting medical condition is eligible for an inpatient admission versus and observational care.
Responsibilities:
Selecting the patient chart with the highest priority in regards to the time spent in the queue
Reviewing and screening the patient chart on the basis on medicare guidelines (Milliman and InterQual tools)
Based on the criteria points reviewed and collated determining the level of care and intensity of services
Saving the case and submitting the determination of the patient chart
Experience, Knowledge, Skills/competencies required:
Years of relevant/domain experience: At least one - two years of experience in any hospital in a clinical / emergency room setting (ideally General Practitioner) with very good communication skills, or MBBS fresher will also be considered.Salary : Best in industry
Education:
Medical Graduates MBBS only with Excellent Communication
Fixed Saturday and Sunday Off (should be flexible working on weekends if required)
The candidate should be ready to work in rotational shifts (night shifts)
Salary Would be Excellent !!!
