The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has charged 9 hardcore CPI(Maoist) cadres in the Jheeram Ghati case, in which several top Congress leaders from Chhattisgarh were gunned down by a group of Maoists as their convoy travelled on the Jagdalpur-Sukma highway.
