Executive/ Senior Executive - Accounts, 3 - 6 years exp, Delhi/NCR(National Capital Region)

Key tasks and activities

1. Analyze, plan, implement, and control accounting processes designed to provide financial data.

2. All aspects of accounting, including cash flow statement, reporting, general ledger and account maintenance,

3. The cash management. Monitor flow of funds.

4. Preparation of P & L

5. Periodic reconciliation of invoices with payments received from clients and aging analysis of receivables.

6. Preparation of monthly financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements

7. Travel advance and reimbursements

8. Cash Management and Bank related matters

9. Analysis of Budgets & Expected Costs to Complete Schedules,

10. Payment to creditors. Compare budget with actuals and evaluate reasons for major variations.

11. Work with external auditors for audit of accounts. Internal audit of accounts and other concerned authorities.

12. Statutory compliances pertaining to tax including registrations, deduction, deposit of taxes, filing of annual income tax, TDS and service tax returns.

13. Administer service level agreements with vendors and distributors. Liasoning with concerned government authorities

Qualification:

B.Com.

ICWA

CA (Inter)

Good Communication Skills is a must.
