We are looking for a dynamic, multi tasking person with great leadership skills. Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Head/Centre Head of an existing Pre-school or Senior Teacher of primary wing of a school. The candidate should have the strong communication skills.
Job Description:
Responsible for daily operations, teaching activities, parent contact and promoting Maple Bear Pre-school in the community.
Works towards the business plan, implement the strategies accordingly and achieve the target.
Responsible for all the marketing activities as per defined budget.
Planning and coordinating both academic and non-academic activities such as special events, field trips, school plays, and outings.
Resolve concerns or issues regarding student behaviours or learning problems.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the school together with the teaching staff; respond and report to the Management as required.
Establishes and maintains good communications with staff and parents.
