Help in assisting & implementing in HR, IR and Admin policies in line with company standards.
To assist Unit Head and other departmental heads in recruitment, Payroll, PMS, Training & Development etc. in accordance with company standards.
Help in compliances (social & statutory)
Help in implementing staff & Worker welfare schemes & welfare activities.
Liaison with government / semi govt. authorities /local bodies.
To make and submit MIS
To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
Good knowledge of Industrial Relations and Labour Laws
Excellent communication skills
Should have interpersonal and relationship management skills.
