Should be able to analyze issues of customers & provide solution ensuring customer satisfaction
Solving Hardware & Networking Related Issues
Technical Trouble-shooting & Customer support to international clients over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES)
Candidate should be excellent in Spoken English skills
Candidates should be ready to work 5 days/week with 2 Week Offs (rotational)
Should be flexible to Work in Night Shifts, as per business requirement.
