Trouble shooting on desktop process, back up knowledge of operating system, system upgrades

Ensure all end to end process followed correctly.

Liaise with Branches to get the errors corrected where TTS needs to do the same


Effective analysis of error reports, both finance and TTS Support Tracker


Consolidating error reports and analysis and circulating the same


Suggest Process improvement across TTS operational activities based on errors and queries received


Suggest Process improvement to project team based on analysis of error reports and TTS Tracker


Do training need analysis for teams to keep them updated on product and process improvement


Liaise with Training department and suggest training needs across related TTS functions


Help training department get the correct mix in terms of content and practical knowledge for all TTS related training materials


Ensure documents available for all to see on Info Central


Takes initiative to induce changes after doing proper diligence of the pros and cons of the same


Takes the leader into confidence on process changes and team working


Assumes responsibility for all errors done by team and ensures no recurrence


Regularly review ways of working and make changes as and when necessary


Takes responsibility towards improving team and work culture amongst team members


Takes effective steps to ensure professional development of the team towards attaining business goals


Ensures alignment in the team towards goals and KRAs


Ensures cross functional interactions for mutual development
