Develop a Marketing strategy for the business

Conduct standalone symposiums with KOLs

Analyzing top line and bottom line along with P & L on quarterly and monthly basis

Analyzing top line and bottom line along with P & L on quarterly and monthly basis

Analyzing market and competition through syndicated data.

Managing the ATL and BTL promotional activities.

Development of marketing strategy for Gynec BU and implementation of the same with the aim to achieve BU sales.

Represent Company brand with internal and external stakeholders. Playing a lead role in the development and execution of brand positioning and messaging to achieve goals. Collaborating with and coordinating with team members, external agencies for executing marketing tactics with overall strategy.

Monitor/analyze product and market performance, competitive intelligence, market research, best practices to identify key growth opportunities areas and challenges facing the brand so as to define actions/tactics to achieve strategic objectives, increase market share and beat competition.

Develop ongoing liaison with key opinion leaders, patient support groups and other healthcare organizations to ensure that significant developments in the field are identified and monitored.

Assists in the development and monitoring of product forecasts and brand expense budgets. Analyzing the effectiveness of the strategies and rectifying the variances, if any.
