Experience:6-10 years

Computer Knowledge:MS Office is essential

Exposure in working with a Star Hotel, Multi Cuisine Restaurants & Cruise Ship

Good knowledge of international gourmet Foods

High Proficiency in MS Office & knowledge of operating software

Conversant in English & local language

A people person with strong customer orientation approach

An eye for operational details

Leadership & Team building qualities

Overall responsibility of the store (Point of Contact)

Quality Assessment of products

Rates Analyzing

Staff Management (Training & Development of People)

Coordination with various suppliers (Product and Schemes)

Authorize day to day payments

Customer queries and handling complaints

All financial matters in the store

Accountable for sending the various reports like Profit and Loss, Staff musters records etc
