Job Description for the role of Assistant Manager:
1. Providing panel placements. Enrolment of new employers in the list and maintain the healthy relations with existing employers.
2.Supporting centre team on focussing of key deliverables.
3.Looking after the satisfaction level of employers.
4. Support in Placement:
a) Conducting job fairs
b) supporting in guest lectures
c) support in panel placements of all domains.
5. Timely submission of all reports.
6) Working on per student employer collections
7) Team capacity building
8) Timely submission of placement data, timely collection of due amount from panel employers.
