Team Leader - Housekeeping, 3 - 6 years exp, Mumbai, Mumbai Suburbs



Assist in implement all departmental standard operating procedures to improve the process & performance


Execute all the guest satisfaction standards that all the rooms, public areas, laundry and horticulture


services


Ensure all functions of the housekeeping department operations to achieve the optimum departmental cost


.Ensure maximum efficiency from the team and all other available resources.


Maintain proper communication in the department by conducting daily briefings


Prepare proper departmental analysis reports / data for the senior management on all aspects of the


department operations .


Ensure all Housekeeping, Laundry equipments, Products & facilities are efficiently operating condition.


Schedule routine inspections of all Housekeeping areas with Housekeeping supervisors


Communicating clearly with all relevant internal departments on issues of guest needs and maintenance


Maintaining effective team rostering and leave schedules


Implementing and controlling Housekeeping procedures , such as lost and found service, key control,


security and emergency procedures and environmental procedures


Works with the Executive Housekeeper on routine cleaning programs


Participates in the planning of departmental goals as they relate to the wider hotel strategy


Ensure proper availability of supplies & coordinating procurement of new supplies & products.


Implement proper inventory systems and effective control on resources.


Implement effective and safe pest control methods


Ensure all the employees maintain proper grooming standards.
