Research Associate /product Manager, 2 - 5 years exp, Bengaluru/Bangalore

1. Must have Fundamental Conceptual Knowledge of Nutritional Supplements ,Herbal supplements & nutraceutical industry

2. Conduct product training across india for distributors

3. Handle queries from distributor & customer regarding product information

4. Test & validation of nutraceutical ingredients & quality assurance test for finished products

5. Discover delivery system for the Product formulation ,extraction process for ingredients, New formulation development ,Potency validation etc

6. Vivo & Vitro studies for the product formulation

7. Preparation of documents & test reports to get product certifications from various boards such as FSSAI,USDA,HALAL,KOSHER,USP,NSF etc

8. Quantitative & Qualitative tests to identify the quality of ingredients from the suppliers

9. Ability to understand & discuss about topics on Peer review published journals ,Preparation of reports to publish in international journals

10. Search & validation of new herbal & food ingredients from the suppliers

Skills

1.Should be fluent in various languages like English,Hindi, ,Kannada,Tamil,Bengali

2. Good/ Pleasing Personality.

3. Must have Basic Knowledge of Computer.

4.Should be energetic and enthusiasm about their work & willing to travel
