Job Description




  • 2-3 years experience in BPO / Technical /Service Sector



  • Should have spent at least 6 months to 1 year as a Trainer in a tech support process



  • Should have previous experience in content building and SOP creation for a tech support process



  • Familiarity with smartphone, internet, Electronic Gadgets, 3G/4G network etc



  • Education - B-Tech, BCA, Others Technical diplomas only



  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills



  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite is a MUST



  • High degree of energy, execution and client connect is required



  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop a framework to enable appropriate curriculum is used for the trainings



  • Coordinate with resources and their managers to schedule training sessions based on TNI / training plan



  • Execute training roadmaps specific to process requirements and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements



  • Facilitate preparation and updation of SOPs as per Genpact standards



  • Drive training interventions and participation in initiatives



  • Lead a team of Part Time Process Trainers who are aligned to each Operations Team under an account



  • Lead Customer Calls on Training Deliverables and Quarterly / Monthly updates



  • May be required to manage similar areas for multiple processes



  • A Graduate or post graduate



  • Exceptional interpersonal skills



  • Excellent written and verbal communication



  • Good computer knowledge



  • Ability to liaison with Leadership and ensure robust planning & execution
