Job description:-
Responsible to analyze the data from various systems and formulate the best possible opportunities for business growth, based on the defined guidelines.
The incumbent has to work closely with Field Operation Database (Fx) team, Sales Force team and program Manager in GBO PMO to ensure the accurate install base data and opportunities are updated in systems. S/he would also be responsible to coordinate with regional service teams and gather the Installed system data from customer locations, wherever required.
