Manager- Brand and Communication (national Level Role), 7 - 12 years exp, Delhi

Act as the brand custodian to co-develop the brand positioning

Ensure that communication strategy gets buy in from all stakeholders and is implemented uniformly across all areas of operation


Identify and retain external agencies to manage Advertising, Donor Development communication


To actively manage presence in all digital spaces including website so that key objectives around engagement and revenues are achieved


To build partnerships with media owners and corporate partners to enhance the profile through marketing alliances that generate visibility for the brand


Manage the communications budget and ensure that controls are in place to monitor and report on expenditure on returns on investments


Supervise the process of content development and communication through the website - ensure that all web based content is in line with the organisations branding & communication strategy


Ensure that all communication needs for Direct Marketing and Corporate Marketing are met with accuracy as far as the relevant stakeholders are concerned


Desirables


Must be post graduate from a reputed institute


Must be having good experience of around 7 years


Good communication skills


Must have good command on communication and branding tools


Willingness to travel within India and internationally


Excellent communication and presentation skills
