Jaiprakash Power Ventures' hydroelectric power portfolio, which Anil Ambani's Reliance Power has agreed to acquire, consists of three plants - the 300 MW Baspa Stage two plant in Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh, a 400 MW Vishnuprayagn plant in Chamoli district, Uttarakhand and a 1,091 MW Karcham Wangtoo plant in Himachal Pradesh.
