(Exposure of Implant Operations will be preferred)
1. Strong Knowledge of Domestic and International Ticketing
2. Ensuring quality of output - Error Free ticketing
3. BSP Ticketing, fare calculation
4. Co-ordination with documentation staff for travel related services
5. Adherence to ticketing rules and reputation as per IATA
6. Co-ordination with airlines for deals/ ADM's / ADM resolve for the team
7. Tracking and collection of refunds
8. To ensure that all the Traveller Profiles are complete and updated on a quarterly basis
9. Compliance with management of agreed SLA/ KPIs
10. Airline liaisons with regards to confirmation/debit notes/waivers & favors etc.
11. Explore more areas of revenue with the existing customers (e.g. Insurance/ Forex / Leisure/Calling Cards)
12. Willing to work in anywhere in NCR region
13. Strong communication and writing skills
