Customer care executive: (voice process) Inbound and Outbound
Outbound: Job Description: Calling up the customers visiting the BAGIC website, showing their interest in our product line. Cold calling on the database and pitching for sales of general insurance products.
Inbound Process: Customer Care: -
Job Description: Handling the customer queries/grievances and resolving them within the TAT
Only Day shifts: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Fixed salary as per market standards + attractive incentives
