Product Manager/ Business Analyst, 4 - 8 years exp, Mumbai

Product Management role that defines an overall portal and reporting strategy, objectives and roadmap to support multiple cloud-based service offers. In this role the Product Manager will understand & communicate the TCL UC business model to IT and OSS/BSS vendors, identify customer and user requirements; mapping them to service features that are satisfied thru the delivery of a cohesive user experience on the portal and establish governance and guidelines for the Product Management Team to incorporate service specific features on the portal. The Product Manager will promote a user experience that delights customers by developing user journeys, collaborating on user interface wireframes and evaluate the final product prior to delivery to the production environment.

Product Management duties include developing product documents including MRD, FSRD & Service Guides as well as to identify program level milestones for the UC portal and reporting applications for each service offer release. The Product Manager will contribute to the annual budget process and monitors expenditures during the year.

Education: Degree in Business, Operations or Communications.

Experience: 4 - 8 years as a Business Analyst or Product Manager focused on User Interface and OSS/BSS applications. The successful candidate will have experience in Human Factors, User Journeys and User Interface Wireframes, reporting and report data graphical representations. This position requires a high level understanding of of systems integration and APIs, managing development and maintenance of a portal and reporting engine. Experience with Internet and cloud business models is a plus. The Product Manager will be required to communicate using MS-Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project and is expected to present to large groups consisting of members from cross functional teams.
