Sources said that Modi went to the RSS headquarters at Jhandewalan shared with Bhagwat and other RSS leaders present his estimate of BJP's prospects.
Modi also visited former Atal Bihari Vajpayee to express condolences for the demise of Rajrani Kaul, member of former prime minister's adopted family, and BJP chief Rajnath Singh to express his thanks for the cooperation from the party apparatus.
Writing in his blog, Modi said that he had addressed more than 440 rallies , but emphasized that he was not feeling fatigued. "Conventional wisdom would suggest that such a campaign would be tiring but I am experiencing a deep satisfaction and freshness that one would feel after a long an elaborate 'Sadhana' (meditation)".
He described his campaign, which saw travel more than 3 lakh kilometers, as "extensive, innovative and satisfying".
Referring to what he called the "innovative" of the campaign, Modi wrote about 3D rallies said that the hologram technology helped him reach 1350 locations. He wrote also about "Chai pe churcha" which were hosted at 4,000 locations but seemed particularly pleased with the web portal 272+ that was created by his campaign as part of an ambitious outreach."
"For the first time in the history of Indian electioneering, an exclusive volunteer portal was set up", Modi wrote , adding about the use of WhatsApp and social media.
