Primary Job Functions:
Design, develop and implement training programs identified by leadership, partner with various business managers to identify and understand the proficiency requirements, curriculum needs and the best methods for delivery.
Measure, review and analyze training initiatives for quality control and continuous improvement.
Provide leadership and best practice guidance to learning specialist with less experience, keep current on best-in-class trends in learning methodology.
Continuously evaluate the process, methods and techniques employed at Manpower to develop software. Provide process improvement recommendations and lead initiatives to improve the quality and productivity of the software development process.
Provide input and assistance for the design, development and delivery of training for impacted users.
Refine business/operational process/procedures necessitated by new software and technologies.
Experience designing and documenting application information flow.
Assist the application team manager with the identification and capture of metrics that provide objective measures of software development and testing activity
Skills required:
Bachelors degree
Advanced professional office skills are required.
Experience in Adobe Captivate publishing e-learning capabilities
Communicate effectively with business users and the IT organization.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and solid business judgment.
Demonstrate proficiency in software development life cycle methodologies.
Excellent planning, organizational, communication and motivational skills
Ability to assume project management tasks as assigned.
Experience designing and documenting application information flow.

In depth knowledge of Captivate and the MS Office Suite
Proficiency with various media tools, including e-learning tools.
