2 .To ensure that the VIP patients are attended promptly.
3 .Passing relevant information to the GRE's and Health Host's wherever and whenever required.
4 .Communicating any information to the GRE's with respect to Doctors / Consultants availability.
5 .Maintaining a good liason with the doctors.
6 .Ensure overall supervision of the Main lobby , Radiology and all OPD departments
7. Regular checking of the Room Check List of the OPD.
8. Regular checking of the Appointment schedule in HMIS as done by the GRE's.
9. Monitoring the NABH Quality indicator Register everyday.
10. Arrange Wheelchair/Stretcher for the patients whenever its required at any areas.
11. Informing maintenance team for any maintenance related issue in main lobby or any other area.
12. Check and ensure proper cleanliness of all departments in the OPD.
13. Monthly checking of Biometrics of all GRE's and Health Hosts.
14. Regular monitoring of each and every documents and files of every department.
15. Responsible for ensuring payments of all staff dues and doing regular follow-ups for the same
